Shipping policy
General Applications at Atanur Foreign Trade Company :
Actual shipping times change according to location and all items are shipped from Istanbul/Turkey.
We’re quite happy to ship anywhere in the world.
The ordered Items are shipped via PTT and shipping is within 24 or 48 hours after payment confirmation. (Please Note: 2 businessdays excluding national holidays. If it’s a holiday in a businessday when the state offices are closed, you will be informed about that and your order will be shipped as soon as the holiday is over.)
International shipping takes 7-8 days for Europe, 10-12 days for USA and Canada, 10-12 days for the rest of the world.
Your indicated address on this site should match with your Paypal address. Please check both before buying. We will alert you if they are not matching.
Shipping Method:
All ordered items are consigned by using PTT and we will inform you about the shipping date and a tracking number of the parcel. You can follow your order’s journey from PTT’s website.
Shipping Problems:
If your package arrives damaged, within 7 days you are required to send a photo of the damaged item first and then send the item back.
Address Problems:
If your item is lost due to incorrect address we will not be able to reship a replacement item or refund the cost. Please check your current information with this site and Paypal before you order. If an item is returned to us for similar reasons, you may choose to cancel the order or change your address and pay for a new shipment.
In case of sending gift:
If your ordered item is a gift we would be happy to send it directly to his or her door, but again be sure about the address’s correctness. We will confirm with you before we ship. Gift packages are $10 as additional to product price.
